Robert Scharstein, MD - Working as a Doctor



Robert Scharstein, MD is a retired doctor, and formerly ran his own medical practices in North Carolina and South Carolina. He retired in 2003. Robert Scharstein, MD practiced medicine for many years and has greatly enjoyed it. Robert Scharstein, MD is someone who really enjoys helping other human beings. After coming to the realization that he enjoys helping others, Robert Scharstein, MD knew that he wanted to be a physician.

Robert Scharstein, MD started his college career at the University of South Carolina. Robert Scharstein, MD was a proud member of the Honors Program at the University of South Carolina. Robert Scharstein, MD was able to successfully attain his bachelor of science degree in the field of biology and chemistry. After successfully graduating from the University of South Carolina, Robert Scharstein, MD went on to attend the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine. Robert Scharstein, MD earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine. Robert Scharstein, MD was able to excel on the academic level while attending the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine. Robert Scharstein, MD went on to partake in a Flexible Internship at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

During his time learning about medicine, Robert Scharstein, MD gained a solid understanding of radiology. Robert Scharstein, MD also learned a lot about program development, Healthcare, hospitals, volunteers management, leadership and he is even CPR certified. Robert Scharstein, MD would highly recommend becoming a doctor if you are someone who enjoys helping others. Robert Scharstein, MD is currently working as the Executive Director for the Lowcountry Autism Consortium. Robert Scharstein, MD is even the Founder of the Lowcountry Autism Consortium. Not only is Robert Scharstein, MD the Executive Director of the Lowcountry Autism Consortium, he even founded it as well. As the father of two autistic sons, the Lowcountry Autism Consortium is very important to Robert Scharstein, MD.
